- Contact & Residential Details: Permanent and Present Address, Village/Town, District, Pin Code, Mobile Phone Number, Email Address.
- Government & Identity Identifiers: Aadhaar Number (for e-KYC verification), Voter ID (EPIC), BOCW Registration Number, Trade/Occupation details.
- Banking Information: Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name (solely used for disbursal of scholarships/welfare benefits and verification).
- Payment & Transaction Information: Payment Gateway Transaction ID, Order ID, Payment Amount, Payment Mode (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card), and Payment Timestamp. (Note: We do NOT store card numbers, CVVs, or bank net-banking passwords; all payment processing is securely handled by RBI-authorized Payment Aggregators via PCI-DSS compliant channels).
3. How We Use Your Information
The collected information is utilized strictly for lawful administrative and welfare purposes, including:
- Processing union membership applications and generating authorized Digital Identity Cards with QR verification.
- Collecting and accounting for voluntary membership joining fees and annual subscription dues.
- Verifying and processing educational scholarship applications (Form XLIII) and government social security welfare schemes under Assam BOCW Board.
- Sending critical SMS/WhatsApp notifications regarding payment receipts, application status, and certificate issuance.
- Preventing fraudulent duplicate registrations and maintaining verifiable digital labour records.

All online payments on this portal are processed through certified and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) compliant Payment Gateways (such as Razorpay / authorized banking partners). All payment transmissions are protected with end-to-end 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption.
We do never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party commercial entities. Information is shared only with:
- Government Labour & Welfare departments (e.g. Assam Building & Other Construction Workers' Welfare Board) for statutory benefit verification.
- Authorized Payment Aggregators to complete the financial transaction requested by the member.
- Law enforcement agencies only when mandated under applicable statutory Indian laws.
