Who We Are
Brihattar Laharighat Aanchalik Sramik Union (BLASU) is a registered Trade Union established under the Trade Unions Act, 1926 (Govt. Regd. No. 2861, Govt. Approved Vide letter No. LTR.28/2020/3730). Headquartered in Laharighat, District Morigaon, Assam, BLASU is dedicated to representing, organizing, and safeguarding the rights and welfare of construction workers, skilled artisans, and unorganized labour across Assam.

Ensuring statutory minimum wages, safe working environments, and protection against exploitation.
Facilitating Form XLIII Educational Scholarships for the children of registered workers to foster higher education.
Empowering workers with tamper-proof QR-verified digital identity cards and authentic experience credentials.
Bridging government welfare schemes under Assam BOCW Board, death compensation, and maternity benefits.
